Day 24

My favorite quote or Bible Verse:

Any woman who can kneel before God, can stand before anyone!

Now, this speaks to me on so many levels.  First, being that prayer is such a critical part of our lives, there is one and only one who knows out true hearts and he loves to hear from us openly, honestly, and of course he listens, even when we are praying about the hard things, he wants to hear them from us, have us confess these things to him so that we can heal and restore our relationship with him, we will be standing before him one day.  Secondly, we live in a world where people can be cruel, say hurtful things, and not think before they speak ( I am so guilty of this ), so when someone says something totally inappropriate, I always feel better when I say nothing and know that I have started my day of kneeling and Jesus knows the truth so I can stand in his love and his truth, nothing else really matters at that point.
